What we collect

When you book a repair through this website, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), street address, ZIP code, and the appliance/symptom you selected. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, UTM tags) via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.

How we use it

Your contact info is sent to our AI receptionist (Vapi) and stored in a Google Sheet so we can call you back within 15 minutes, dispatch a technician, and follow up after the repair. We do not share or sell PII to third parties.

Cookies + tracking

We use a small number of cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4 via gtag), bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and CDN routing (Vercel). Analytics fires only after you accept via the consent banner — and we honor browser-level Do Not Track and Sec-GPC: 1 signals as automatic opt-out (AC11).

Security

Form submissions are rate-limited, bot-checked, and origin-validated. PII in our server logs is masked (phone last-4 + name first-letter only); full PII lives only in the Vapi CRM + Google Sheet, both on encrypted servers.

California (CCPA) opt-out

California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information at any time via /privacy/opt-out. Browser-level Sec-GPC signal is treated as opt-out per California AG guidance.
